Businesses that survived Dragons' Den
Freedom Deserts
Some entrepreneurs leave the judges speechless for all the wrong reasons, whether it's wildly inflated figures or inaccurate knowledge, but this was far from the case with Kirsty Henshaw.
The 24-year-old single mum wowed the Dragons with her passion, commitment, gritty determination to succeed and accomplishments so far when she pitched for £65,000 for 40% of Worthenshaws frozen desserts.
After an exchange of offers she walked away with Den investments from well-connected Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones for 15% each for the full amount.
Now her dairy and additive-free dessert has hit the shelves of the "big four" supermarkets as Freedom in strawberry chocolate and vanilla. Get a taste her new treat here, then take a look at the other hopefuls who alerted the Dragons' wallets.
