Celebrity chefs: A recipe for disaster

The celebrity chef had to apologise after accidentally recommending that cooks use a potentially deadly plant called henbane in organic salads.
When asked whether he used any wild foods in his dishes, he said: "The weed henbane is great in salads."
Note: Henbane is actually a relative of deadly nightshade and its name means "killer of hens". It can cause hallucinations and in larger quantities, sometimes death.
