Cures found in your garden
Blackberries
What's it good for?:
Sore gums and mouth ulcers
Blackberry leaves are antibacterial and loaded with anti-inflammatory properties which make them great for problems in the mouth.
Put 10g of dried leaves in 100ml of cold water, boil them and leave to infuse for a further 15 minutes. Strain the solution and use it as you would a mouthwash.
