Actresses Sandra Bullock and Sarah Jessica Parker both use the Zone Diet which keeps insulin levels in a tight "zone" to regulate blood sugar and burn fat.

Demi Moore and Sting both swear by the Raw Food diet. This involves giving up meat dairy and baked goods. Demi also drinks herbal teas to fill her up so she does gain pounds through snacking.

Davina McColl lost over a stone through 90 minutes a week of vigorous exercise, topped up by a diet of fruit fish, vegetables and low fat meats.

Angelina Jolie got ready to play Lara Croft in Tomb Raider by swapping coffee and cigarettes for steamed meat, vegetables and soya milk.

Cindy Crawford keeps her figure by grazing all day long. This means that she eats up to five light meals a day of such things as muesli, lean red meat, lentils and wholemeal past.

Oprah Winfrey keeps her figure trim with lean protein, healthy fats and by reducing refined carbohydrates such as white rice, white bread and sugary cereals.

Libetry X star Jessica Taylor keeps in shape with swimming and jogging and eats mainly oily fish and salad.

But if you are looking for celebrity excess then look no further than Beyonce Knowles. She manages to stay in shape by hiring chefs and nutritionist to prepare her a continual diet of low fat foods. Obviously she doesnt have time to go to Weightwatchers.
