My yuka plant is losing its leaves
Yeek, my Yuka yells. My Yuka plant is almost 6ft tall and is loosing its leaves. But the worstof it is that the stalk is getting really soft in a couple of places and has a green powdery substance in it. It is also growing new shoots that are about 4" high. My question to you is if this plant is dying why would I be have anything new growing out of it?
I have this plant indoors. Please help.
yelling. Producing new shoots is a common reaction to threat from a plant. You will have to cut away the yukka about 3" above the lowest shoot and it will come away in no time and peace will descend once again.
