How stressed are you?

It's a fact that millions of Britons suffer from stress each and every year. Many feel the pressures of their jobs threatening to engulf them, and new research from the University of Stockholm has unveiled a surprising solution.

While shouting at the head of your workplace may not be a great career move, putting your frustrations into words is.
But are you the super-stressed type or hopelessly laid-back? Have a go at our test to find out.
