As the generation gap widens thanks to text message abbreviations, Twitter posts and strange new words additions to the dictionary, it seems that the elders are left behind.
To help bridge the gap, equity release company Home and Capital Advisors have published a dictionary for youths to refer to when conversing with their grandparents. But would you need the guide?
