It was announced in September 2010 that Britters' former bodyguard was suing her for sexual harrassment, but the case got a bit more unsavoury in July.

As well as claiming Spears exposed herself in front of Fernando Flores, he is now alleging that she had terrible personal hygiene and used drugs.

In court documents, obtained by star magazine and Radar Online, Flores outlines the reasons:

"She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically.

"She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks."
