Yoga is an ancient discipline to focus and strengthen body and mind. However, Aviva have deemed it as one of the "health hoaxes, especially extreme yoga.
Glamour model Katie Price took up Bikram, a gruelling form of yoga, according to reports. The practice involves moving the body into 26 different postures in a windowless room with temperatures rising to 43 degrees.
Apparently A-listers George Clooney, Madonna, Elle Macpherson and Robert Downey Jr are all huge fans of the sessions.
