1. Clement Attlee
A new survey by experts has revealed the cream of UK politics between 1945 and 2010 and those who should have just kept to their constituency.
Easily beating the others who have resided at No 10, the top position was given to Clement Attlee.
Attlee's greatest achievement, between serving as PM between 1945 and 1951, was to bring in the NHS – earning him a notable 8.1/10 score.
