The potential killers in your kitchen
Reheated/frozen leftover food
Meat should only ever be reheated once. In no circumstances should that re-warmed meal be microwaved or cooked once again. If in doubt throw it out. Similarly, most products do not respond well to refreezing. One notorious example is ice cream – when it melts and warms, ice cream can attract listeria and other harmful disease-spreading microbes.
