What and what not to eat to beat cancer
Foods to avoid
Fry-ups
This is one of the unhealthiest ways to cook your food generally.Evidence shows that eating a lot frying meat increases your risk of bowel and possibly, breast cancer – particularly if it's fried at high temperatures. Avoid eating charred meat too, as these can contain carcinogens.
Stewing, braising or microwaving are all safer and healthier ways to cook your meat. Using lemon juice or vinegar to marinate meat before a barbeque can also help reduce the cancer causing chemicals in charred meat forming.
