What and what not to eat to beat cancer
Foods to avoid
'Bad' fats
Eating foods high in saturated fats is bad for our overall health. These 'bad' fats have also been linked to breast cancer, especially in women after the menopause.
Avoid foods with manmade trans fats, such as pastries, cakes and biscuits. Make checking food labels a ritual habit when choosing foods, keeping to a limit of no more than 20g of saturated fat each day.
