Love's faithful amends

Courtney Love has turned to Buddhism - to make amends for her reckless life.
The Hole singer - who was married to the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain - says she turns to the ancient faith whenever she has a problem.
She told Britain's The Sunday Times magazine: "I did it first to get myself off the streets, to get my band really famous, to get a Nirvana tour, and I ended up with a Nirvana husband. Now I want to chant for what my mission is. Those wreckages I've made - I need to make amends for those."
Despite her drug-fuelled past, Courtney is convinced she has been a good mother to her and Kurt's 14-year-old daughter Frances Bean.
She said: "I believe in myself as a parent. My daughter does not curse, she never smoked, she has never kissed a boy, she is a total square. That did not happen from the nannies."
