This week, Brad Pitt revealed that he and his whole family are fans of English football - and are Liverpool supporters.

According to Pitt, who was in the UK promoting his new film, Moneyball, he "has some friends who are very close to Liverpool, so if I went another way I might be disowned".

Apparently, it's his other half Angelina Jolie who first became a Kopite, after her adopted son Maddox fell ill and was treated at Alder Hey hospital in the city.
