Why the long face?
When Robert McFarland, a retired blacksmith from Yorkshire, left his horse Charlie Boy tied on the street for a few moments he thought nothing of it.
On returning to his horse however he was shocked to find a parking ticket attached to the riding animal. Thinking it a joke McFarland opened the ticket only to see his fears confirmed and the vehicle description reading 'brown horse'.
