Fred Holt was aged 77 when he had one of the worst days of his life. Not only was he witness to an armed bank robbery during which he was forced to lie on the floor as staff were threatened and robbed, but he also had a meeting with a parking ticket.

Ironically Holt did not receive this ticket while he was being held captive in the bank. Instead his car was hit with a penalty notice as police took his statement.
