According to vicious and long-standing rumour, traffic wardens are one step removed from blood sucking vampires on the evolutionary chain. And in Sutton this certainly seems to be true.

Their traffic wardens have been known to hunt for plasma. One went as far as targeting a National Blood Service van parked outside an office and slapping it with a parking ticket while those inside were giving blood.
