Chris O’Dowd recently tied the knot with wife Dawn Porter in an epic three-day event fondly dubbed as ‘Wedfest’ or, as Dawn calls it, a ‘3-day love fest’. And it seems like Chris is enjoying married life a lot as he tweets a photo of his new wife clad in lingerie.
Twitter followers of the ‘Bridesmaids’ actor were treated to a saucy shot of his gorgeous journalist wife in satin and lace underwear. The monochrome lingerie set she was wearing showed off her trim figure as she stood with one hand holding a phone and another a glass of wine.
The snap was captioned: “There are times for restraint and there are times to boast about your sexy new wife! LOOK WHAT I GOT!!! @hotpatooties.”
Earlier, just after their nuptials, Chris also tweeted a snap of him and Dawn wearing their quirky matching onesies. The photo was captioned: “Just married!!!!”
Dawn responded to the photo on her own Twitter page, saying: “That wasn’t the wedding photo I was planning to release. #husbands!!!!”
But while she may not be totally happy about the photo, she seems just as happy about their marriage as Chris is. One of her tweets read: “Day in bed with Kettle Chips. Married life is bloody amazing. This is how it will always be, right?”
Writer Dawn and actor Chris met at a party in Los Angeles back in 2009 and got engaged over Christmas break in Guernsey, where Dawn hails from, in 2011.
