The Hangover star has been crowned the Sexiest Man Alive in the annual awards celebrating the hottest guys in Hollywood.

Bradley beat the likes of Liam Hemsworth, Justin Timberlake, Robert Pattinson, Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans to win the coveted prize, with the 36-year-old saying:

"I think it's really cool that a guy who doesn't look like a model can have this [title]. I think I'm a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying."
