Fish is known to be good for the brain, and pilchards are no exception!
10 minutes to prepare and serve. Serves 2.

|120g can pilchard fillets in tomato sauce
150g / 6oz soft cheese
1 tbsp lime juice
|2 tbsp pitted black olives, sliced
1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
1. Mash together the pilchards and soft cheese in a bowl.
2. Add the lime juice, black olives and basil and mix thoroughly.
3. Serve with warm pitta bread.
You can find sustainable canned fish at the supermarket.
