Popular ‘Sex and The City’ actress Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick are putting a property they bought barely a year ago back on the market for a cool $25 million. Their initial purchase cost them $18.995m for the posh New York townhouse.
The spacious 6,800 square property has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It features outdoor decking and lush greenery designed for the actress’s privacy. In addition, the property is equipped with state-of-the-art security system, seven fireplaces, and a five-zone Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning system.
Based on reports, the couple has spent serious money doing extensive renovations for the past year. However, they did not get to move into the house. They are currently living in Manhattan with their three kids according to the Mail Online.
Parker is currently busy attending different events for New York Fashion Week. On Sunday, she was at Lincoln Center and was at Fred Leighton boutique last Friday for designer’s Fashion Night Out gathering.
She is also busy filming for ‘Glee’ and for her animated comedy film, ‘Escape from Planet Earth’. Parker is also set to do a movie entitled ‘Married and Cheating’ with Brendan Fraser and fellow fashionista, Eva Longoria.
