Christian Slater is reportedly considering becoming a stand-up comic.
The Hollywood heartthrob has just finished his run in 'One Flew of the Cuckoo's Nest' in London's West End, and enjoyed himself so much he wants to appear on stage again.
Slater has allegedly been talking to 'The Office' star Mackenzie Crook - who played Gareth Keenan in the Golden Globe-winning sitcom - about making it as a professional comedian.
A source said: "Mackenzie is a seasoned pro and has been encouraging Christian to give it a go."
Meanwhile, last month, it was revealed that Christian had split from wife Ryan Haddon.
The actor has moved out of the couple's London home into a small one-bedroom apartment after four-and-a-half-years of marriage.
Slater and Ryan, 32, moved to the UK last summer so the 'True Romance' star could pursue a career in the theatre.
It was believed Ryan struggled to adjust to life in the capital, and was said to be planning to move back to the US with the couple's two children.
A spokesman for Slater confirmed the split, saying: "They are having a trial separation."
