Across the country people are getting involved with this years Sport Relief campaign. From your average joe to A-list celebrities, everyone's having a go.
By playing games, having fun and raising money people are harnessing the power and passion of sport and changing lives for the better.
The Sport Relief Weekend (14-16 March)
There'll be three days of entertainment and events aimed at the entire nation. Huge sports stars are teaming up with the BBC's top rated shows to bring us Sport Relief themed episodes of all the favourites.
There'll be plenty of fundraising events too, with schools and companies across the nation getting on board and millions running the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Miles in cities nation wide.

All the money raised is spent by Comic Relief and used to help vulnerable people living incredibly difficult lives here in the UK and abroad, in the world's poorest countries.
By getting involved and raising money, you can feel healthy and do the right thing.
