Negril is a one-street town about an hour-and-a-half by car from Montego Bay. It's a touristy sort of place, with hotels of all sizes - and for all budgets - fighting for space with a bustling potpourri of bars, jerk chicken shacks and street vendors. At night, the bars and clubs take centre stage. Grab a bottle of Red Stripe beer and head to the Negril lighthouse for the best views of the spectacular sunset.
