• Supanet is a REAL ISP, meaning that we own our entire operating infrastructure and Telecommunications Company. This means customers calls come straight through from initial dial-up to Supanet where it is managed. The alternative to this is a virtual ISP where, when a dial-up comes through to the telephone system, a series of other third party companies handle the call until it finally gets to its destination. If a problem occurs along the calls route, there is no way for a virtual ISP to re-route or manage the call as they have third party companies working on their behalf.
