Who are SupaTel?

Supatel is the telephony division of Supanet Ltd, specialising in providing low cost telephone line rental and call packages. Established since 1998, Supanet is one of the UK's most experienced internet and telephony service providers.

What is the SupaTel offer?

SupaTel will beat or match your current line rental and calls package PLUS give you FREE weekend calls package to India or Pakistan.

Is there a fair use policy?

To prevent abuse of this offer, a fair use policy applies on FREE weekend calls to Pakistan or India. In a calendar month free calls are limited to a total of 200 per month and 5 hours talk time. Customers exceeding this limit will be charged for excess calls at standard package rates, which are still very cheap!

How does SupaTel compare to other providers?

The chances are that you currently pay £11 to £13 for line rental with your current provider. SupaTel line rental is unbeatable - just £11 per month and it provides FREE evening and weekend UK landline calls, along with daytime and mobile rates upto 20% cheaper than BT. In addition customers also benefit from FREE weekend calls to Pakistan or India.

Are Supatel cheaper than International Calling Cards?

Yes. International calls made using SupaTel are significantly cheaper than calling cards and you get exactly what you have paid for. Many calling cards advertise lots of minutes but then sting you with other charges like daily maintenance fees and hidden termination charges, meaning you often receive far less than the advertised minutes.

Will I still be billed by BT?

No. Once you have switched to SupaTel, you will no longer receive a bill from BT. Instead you will receive one bill from Supatel for your line rental and calls.

How do I switch to SupaTel?

Switching to Supatel is easy. Just call 0800 915 8803 and we'll do all the work. Transferring your line from BT is seamless and you won't suffer any loss of service. It will take about 10 days for your line to transfer to Supatel. The only noticeable difference is that your bill will come from SupaTel rather than BT (and it will be lower!)
