An Olympic gold medal is not the only reward Usain Bolt is after for his stint at the London 2012. He also wants Prince Harry’s presence at his Olympic after party.
The Jamaican runner, who became friends with Harry when the latter was visiting the Caribbean as part of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee tour earlier this year, is planning to celebrate with a bash once the Olympics wraps up, and he has said that he will invite Prince Harry to the party.
The two have also been pictured racing together, with Usain letting Harry win. The photos went viral.
“Harry is fantastic. I will invite him to my Olympic after party,” he said.
Harry is also a big fan of the sprinting champ. He has even named a horse he co-owns ‘Usain Colt’.
A source also says: “Usain is a huge fan of the monarchy and has extended his invite to Prince William and Kate Middleton to party with him.”
There is one provision, however, for this party to become a reality: he has to win the 100-metres event first. And he has made every sacrifice necessary to ensure his win, even splitting with girlfriend Lubica Slovak so he could focus on getting another gold, which will be this fourth.
