David and Victoria Beckham have teamed up with Elton John to splash out £4million on a lavish new holiday home.
The soccer ace and his wife have reportedly combined their riches with the flamboyant singer and a mystery third investor - believed to be rock star Sting - to spend the huge sum on a nine-bedroom beachside pad located in South Africa's exclusive coastal village, Llandudno.
A source is quoted by Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "The best thing about the place is the scenery. There are floor-to-ceiling windows with views out to sea."
The superstar couple, whose first son Brooklyn is Sir Elton's Godson, have told pals they will initially use the three-storey beach house as a holiday home but are considering plans to turn it into a trendy 'boutique hotel'.
According to reports, the palatial home - situated just 10 miles from Cape Town - is already in hot demand.
The trio - whose combined fortune is estimated at more than £300 million - have already had a £3 million offer rejected for the three-year-old mansion but are reportedly determined to get their hands on the property.
