The most pioneering and influential photographers
Jacques Henri Lartigue
The French photographer (and sometime painter) was most famous for his kinetic photos of automobile races, aviation and fashionable Parisian women from the turn of the century.
This work is entitled 'Car Trip, Papa at 80 kilometres an hour' captured in 1913. While he wasn't as respected and influential in his day, he has since been hailed as one of the pioneers following the rediscovery of his earlier work in the 50s and 60s.
