George Clooney: Stacy Keibler and I didn’t break up

Sorry ladies but actor George Clooney is still off the market. 

Earlier this week London newspaper The Sun published a story claiming that Clooney and his girlfriend of one year, Stacy Keibler, have broken up. The newspaper alleged that it was the actor who pulled the plug on their relationship, as he wanted to be on his own again. 

This story was denied by the actor through his rep saying, as reported by the Mail Online: “A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true. Total fabrication designed to sell newspapers.”

Based on the article published by The Sun, Keibler has already told friends that her relationship with Clooney has ended because he wasn’t ready to take the relationship to the next level. In addition, the newspaper claimed that the Hollywood star said he wanted to be on his own again. 

This story was published after the couple’s vacation on Lake Como Villa in Italy. During their vacation, the couple spent time not just with friends but with their parents as well. 

The couple started dating on August 2011 after the actor ended his relationship with Italian model and actress Elisabetta Canalis.
