And the height is not the only aspect of the footwear to be in the stratosphere; a pair of the incredible 12" heels will set you back up to £1,300!

That's a high price to pay for breaking your neck, but according to their creator Mihai Albu, who is known as the 'shoe architect', orders have been flooding in.
