Barbeque Week is here – from the 27th May to the 2nd June. Instead of buying sausages or burgers from the supermarket, why not try gourmet barbecues that are both delicious and easy to prepare? You could even try Spanish barbeque gourmet to spice up your sizzling BBQ.
One of the easiest is called ‘Secreto’ Ibérico pork, a recipe from Yorkshire Chef Javier De La Hormaz.
The secreto, or secret, part of the recipe refers to the cut at the head of the loin and shoulder, which is surprisingly unknown to most people.
It makes for a good barbeque because this part comes with marbled fat.
