Evelyn Clarke, a British airline stewardess, has died after falling from a high rise building in Dubai. The 30-year-old stewardess from Scotland is believed to have fallen to her death following a night out on Sunday. She died as a result of multiple injuries. An investigation is now underway.
It is not believed that Clarke committed a suicide as people close to her said that she was not suffering from any personal problem. Police are now interviewing the last people who have seen her alive.
Meanwhile, friends and relatives have paid tribute through social networking site Twitter.
Natalie Gibson said: 'Sometimes things knock you for 6, another beautiful person taken from us, sleep peacefully sweetheart. '
Laura Kelly, wrote: 'RIP Evelyn Clarke, such sad news. Your (sic) with the angels now xx
Jamie Senadhira added: 'Such sad news today hearing of the loss of Evelyn Clarke - you will be missed - far too young to leave us #RIP'
This isn’t the first time that a British woman fell to her death in UAE. On February, Abbie Emmett, 27 from Addlestone, Surrey, died after she fell from her hotel window.
