Eric Idle's World Cup worries

'Monty Python' star Eric Idle is convinced England will not win the World Cup.
The comedian - who lives in the US full time - thinks David Beckham and the rest of the team are guaranteed to come home empty-handed.
He told Bang Showbiz: "I think they'll find a way to lose graciously. Somehow we always seem to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory."
Despite his pessimism, the comedy legend admits he still loves English football - despite refusing to be loyal to one team.
Idle revealed: "Last year I wouldn't watch Liverpool, this year they're good, they're worth watching. I watch Arsenal too. I don't have any allegiance.
"These teams are there to entertain me. Why would I support 11 sweaty men in shorts if they're not good? All this business about, 'You must support them through the thin times'. Bugger off! I don't even support women I've loved through the thin times!"
