Jackson's plot against mother

Michael Jackson's aides plotted to make the mother of Gavin Arvizo, the alleged victim in his child abuse trial, look like a "crack whore", it was claimed yesterday (02.03.05).
Public Relations executive Anne Marie Gabriel said she was hired to help improve the star's image after the Martin Bashir documentary - in which Jackson admitted he slept with young boys.
The film sparked the police investigation which led to the child molestation trial.
Gabriel told the Santa Maria courtroom how she immediately became worried, after joining Jackson's PR team, that Gavin and his family were "hunted down like dogs" whenever they tried to leave Jackson's Neverland Ranch home.
She also claimed that after Gavin's mother, Janet, tried to escape Jackson's mansion one night with her three children, his staff captured them and now had a way to prevent her from causing any more trouble.
Gabriel said she was called by lawyer David LeGrand - one of Jackson's team - who said: "They no longer had to worry about Janet because they had her on tape and were going to make her look like a crack whore."
Jackson denies all 10 charges against him.
