Singer George Michael was released from jail yesterday after serving half of his eight weeks sentence for drug driving.
Michael, who has a history of drug abuse, crashed his Range Rover last month after taking the illegal drug cannabis.
The former Wham! singer pleaded guilty to driving while unfit and possessing two cannabis cigarettes.
He had also been convicted of the same offence previously and was told by District Judge John Perkins that this time he had to go to jail.
He spent some time in high-security prison Pentonville, but was later moved to Category C Highpoint.
