Roberts' mummy meditation

Julia Roberts has started meditating to help her cope with the pressures of bringing up baby twins.
The Oscar-winning actress, who gave birth to babies Phinnaeus and Hazel last November, says lack of sleep and not finding time to relax is starting to take its toll.
Julia, who is married to cameraman Danny Moder, is quoted by Britain's Grazia magazine as saying: "I didn't realise that I would get no sleep at all. I'm so sleep-deprived, I can't even stand. I need to sit down all the time. The only way I can get through it is to meditate."
The stunning star also says she is shocked at how much motherhood has affected her looks.
She added: "There are days when I look at myself in the mirror and I'm so fat and bedraggled I don't even know who I am. However, when I have to pull it together, clearly, I can still do it!"
