This recipe is a great way to get Omega-3 into your diet, as well as to nourish your brain too!
10 minutes to prepare. Serves 1.
Ground black pepper
60g canned pink salmon, drained
1 tbs(15 ml) lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbs(15 ml) reduced calorie mayonnaise
40g baby spinach leaves
40g cucumber, sliced
1 large or 2 small wraps
1. Flake the salmon and mix with the lemon juice, black pepper and mayonnaise.
2. Place the salmon mixture, baby spinach and cucumber along the centre of the wrap.
3. Fold and roll the wrap to secure the filling. Cut into two or four pieces, depending on the size of the wrap.
You can find sustainable canned fish at the supermarket.
