Lord of the Rings star Liv Tyler has given her new baby the same name as a popular children's television character.
The 27-year-old actress and British husband Royston Langdon have named their 11-day old infant Milo, which is also the name of a Tweenies' character.
They announced the name as they showed off the new arrival to the media in New York.
The Tweenies' character dreams of being a rock star and, according to Sky, Tyler's baby is said to have inherited the "full lips" of her Aerosmith rocker granddad Steve Tyler.
Milo, meaning merciful, was born at New York's Presbyterian Hospital. According to People magazine, Tyler had a quick labour and felt "terrific" afterwards.
