We are only just a few short months into the new year, but 2019 has already claimed the lives of several celebrity personalities, most notably the celebrated German fashion designer and Chanel’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld. Join us as we explore the lives of the celebrities who died in 2019.
Born in October 1933, Forrest Gregg was a Hall of Fame football player for the Green Bay Packers. Outspoken about his battle with Parkinson’s disease, Gregg passed away on 12th April 2019 at the age of 85.
Born in May 1941, Tania Mallet was an English model and actress. Best known for her depiction of Tilly Masterson in the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger, Mallet passed away on 30th March 2019 at the age of 77.
Julia Ruth Stevens
Born July 1916, Julia Ruth Stevens was the last surviving daughter of baseball legend Babe Ruth. According to her son Tom, Stevens passed away on 9th March 2019 in an assisted living facility in Nevada at the age of 102.
Born November 1995, Kelly Catlin was an American professional racing cyclist who won silver at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She passed away on 8th March 2019 at her home in California.
Born July 1945, Jan-Michael Vincent was an American actor best known for his role as helicopter pilot Stringfellow Hawke in the Airwolf television series which was almost as popular as slots NZ. Vincent passed away on 10th February 2019 at the age of 73 from cardiac arrest.
King Kong Bundy
Born November 1955 as Christopher Alan Pallies, King Kong Bundy was an American professional wrestler better known by his ring name. He made his World Wrestling Federation debut in 1981 and passed away on 4th March 2019 at the age of 64.
Born October 1966 as Coy Luther Petty III, Luke Perry was an American actor most well-known for his role as Dylan McKay in the television series Beverly Hills, 90210. Perry passed away on 4th March 2019 at the age of 52.
Born 1938, Nathaniel Taylor was an American actor most well-known for his role as Rollo Lawson in the 1970s sitcom Sanford and Son. Taylor passed away on 27th February 2019 at the age of 80.
Born July 1929, Katherine Helmond was an American actress most well-known for her role as Mona Robinson in Who’s The Boss?. Helmond passed away on 23rd February 2019 at the age of 89 due to complications from Alzheimer’s disease.
Clark James Gable III
Born September 1988, Clarke James Gable III an American actor and model. Most well-known as the presenter of the reality television show Cheaters, Gable passed away on 22nd February 2019 at the age of 30.
Born September 1933, Karl Lagerfeld was a German fashion designer, creative director, and photographer. The celebrated creative director of fashion house Chanel from 1983 until his death, Lagerfeld passed away on 19th February 2019 at the age of 86.
