Eating healthy does not have to be expensive
Eating healthy is often deemed expensive. Yes, if you eat a fresh salmon fillet each night with gourmet rice, then it is. But healthy foods donÂ’t have to be expensive, fresh ingredients tend to be cheaper and make more meals than one high-fat ready meal would.
Fruit is also considerably cheaper than unhealthy alternative snacks such as ice cream, crisps and chocolate bars.
