Abi Titmuss could be the next sexy star to join the cast of ITV's new reality show, Celebrity Love Island.

Television bosses are apparently keen to sign up the buxom nurse for the glamorous new show, which will see ten celebs pampered in the sunshine for a fortnight.

The ultimate aim will obviously be to persuade contestants to get down and dirty - and the presence of glamour girl Abi would definitely turn up the heat.

"We want Abi by hook or by crook. Just the thought of her roaming about in her bikini is bound to get millions tuning in," a source shamelessly told the Sun.

The new show is planned for this summer and will be in direct competition with Channel 4's Big Brother - although ITV bosses believe they will easily trump the veteran series.

"Viewers will have the choice of watching ten nobodies sitting around in a house in north London or ten celebrities getting it on in the sunshine," a source told the Daily Mirror.

"I know what I'd rather choose."

Abi, 28, who shot to stardom as the girlfriend of TV presenter John Leslie, would join former Manchester United star Lee Sharpe and Emmerdale actor Ben Freeman on the show.
