Tubby Jack Osbourne got into the ring against a veteran Thai kickboxer - and knocked him out in less than four minutes.

The 19-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne trained for almost four weeks - and lost 20lbs - before the fight against "The Man" in Thailand.

MTV star Jack managed to floor the experienced fighter in an impressive three minutes and eight seconds as his parents looked on.

"At first mum and dad were a little concerned," said Jack, who sported a Mohican for his first fight.

"But once they came here and saw the training programmes and saw for themselves that I was mentally and physically well-prepared they were very cool about it all."

The teenager is in Thailand to get in shape for an upcoming rock-climbing trip in the US and, according to his trainer, Philip Wong, is doing pretty well.

"I was very impressed with his training," said Mr Wong. "He behaved and he trained so hard for it he lost 20lbs when he was with me."
