'Celebrity Big Brother' star Preston has splashed out on a seaside home for fiancée Chantelle.
The Ordinary Boys singer reportedly bought the £400,000 flat in Brighton as an early wedding gift for the blonde, who he fell for after they met on the reality TV show.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Chantelle had no idea - he plans to show it to her this week. She'll be over the moon. It shows how much he loves her."
The friend added: "He wants romantic strolls on the beach."
Earlier this week, it was revealed 24-year-old Preston proposed to Chantelle with his mother's ring during a romantic night out.
The 22-year-old beauty - who was the only non-celebrity in the 'Big Brother' house - said she was thrilled the handsome singer had finally popped the question.
She revealed: "It's what I've wanted for the last few months."
