Antonio Banderas feels that Justin Timberlake will recieve unfair criticism when his film debut premieres.
Justin has finished filming his part in upcoming thriller "Edison", in which he acts alongside Kevin Spacey and Morgan Freeman.
However, Banderas believes he will be "crucified" by film critics regardless of his performance, Teenhollywood has reported.
Banderas met up with Timberlake in Cannes this year and was full of praise for the former Mouseketeer: "He's a funny guy and a beautiful actor really."
He also defended Justin's move into acting.
"I think this should be a totally open profession to anybody who wants to try," he said.
