EastEnders actress Jessie Wallace is set to return to Albert Square - but will only be shot from the neck up.
The actress - who plays Kat Moon - is heavily pregnant, unlike her character .
Wallace has taken a month-long break from filming the BBC soap, following a health scare, but is now ready to return to work.
The fact that only her face can be shown has led to EastEnders scriptwriters re-writing storylines to accommodate an actress without a body.
A spokeswoman from the soap told the Sun newspaper: "We are delighted Jessie will be back with us. I can't say what the storyline will be, or how long she will be back, but we won't film her waist."
