Louis Walsh may be moving from X Factor to I’m a Celebrity. The 63-year-old pop mogul said that he is not fazed by the trials of facing celebs in Australia’s outback. He added: “If I’m not in the jungle this year, I’ll do it next year.”
A TV insider explained: “Louis would be fantastic in the jungle – we’d love to get him involved.
“He doesn’t hold back from saying what he thinks and he’s very, very funny.”
Following his exit from X Factor, Louis has made no secret that he doesn’t think newcomer Nick Grimshaw is right for the panel. One of his replacements on the ITV talent show, came to Nicks rescue and said: “I think someone’s just a little bit burnt they lost their chair.
“It’s OK Louis, I’ll rub your feet for you if you want. It’s OK.”
Asked about rumours that he is going back as a fifth judge, Louis said: “I can’t say anything. Am I coming back? I’m not saying that. I don’t know is the honest answer. I’d like to but let’s see what happens. Simon and I are really good friends and the one thing the show has this year is talent.”
