Some foods, that were once considered to be delicacies, are now on the 'not so good for you' list. Like white bread and sugar. We used to rate them because we valued the high level of processing it took to create the colour, flavour and texture. It took us a long time to realise that what was being removed by the process was actually good for our bodies. Just like roughage in our food, if everything in our life is easy to swallow, we end up feeling dissatisfied. Don't reject a challenge today.
