Ashton Kucher has confirmed reports that he will replace Charlie Sheen on popular US show, Two and a Half Men.
The 33-year-old expressed his excitement at landing the role on the programme, saying it was like winning the lottery.
He told a reporter at the CBS Upfronts in New York:

"I've never probably in my 13 years in show business received more phone calls and e-mails from people congratulating me on this job.
"You'd almost think I won the lottery or something, which I kind of did.
"I've got the best job in show business, and I am ecstatic about that."
Kucher will replace troubled star Charlie Sheen, who was sacked from the show earlier this year.
The Butterfly Effect star is set to earn a massive $1million per episode.
